Dynamic Pass Box

Airotek Systems make Dynamic Pass Box is designed to minimize entry of contaminants and also cross contamination into the clean rooms and at the same time safe transfer of material, equipment, documents or samples between clean rooms or rooms in different grade or/and pressure. Usage of pass boxes minimizes the risk of airborne cross contamination. Further add on function such as air circulation and filtration, UV lights, etc. to the base model will make transfer of your material even safer and cleaner.

Static Pass Box

Although simple in design, the use of Pass-Thru is essential to the maintenance of the high level of cleanliness within the cleanroom. The Pass-Thru singificantly limits the amount of outside air exposed to the clean zone. With the use of either a mechanical or electrical interlock system, the cleanroom is protected from the cross-contamination which would occure if both doors were to open simultaneously.

Sampling / Dispensing Booth / Reverse Laminar Air Flow

Dispensing booth is a kind partial purification equioment, for filling, refilling, weighing and sampling of raw material and Compounds especially used for pharmacy, micro-organism research and scientific experiment and other places. Air Shower

Due to the requirement of near sterile conditions in clean rooms, air shower are used to decontaminate by blasting dirt and dust particles off personnel entering the place. The pollutants carried by personnel can affect special equipment. Their use can petential eliminate contamination and it turn prevent loss of important manufacturing, such as expensive batches of pharmaceutical chemicals and semiconductor wafers. Thus, air shower are common in many factories where sterile conditions are needed. Air shower are specialised antechambers which personnel need to pass through befor entering clean rooms in order to decontaminate, This is done so by clearing of dust and dirt particles from bodies of clean room personnel to minimize contamination of enquipment or products.

Air Filters

Pre Filters

These type of air filters used for primary filtration of ahu in hvac systems. Which are in the range of 20 & a0 micron (G3. G4 Class) these filters are cleanable and washable, and anufactured by using hdpe / non woven synthetic media. The moc of filter frame is crca powder coated/aluminum os ss 304.

Fine Filters

These filters are used for prefiltration of ahu in hvac systems, in the protection of final hepa filters. These filters are in the range of 5 & 3 micron (F5. F6 & F7 class) these filters are cleanble and washable, and manufactured by using hdpe/non woven synthetic media.

Hepa Filters

Absolute or minipleate HEPA filters used as a final supply filters to obtain a controlled / classified are. These filters can collect 0.3 micron or above partocles, which is processed by superfine fiberglass media, separated by hot melt adhesive in minipleate and aluminum foil in absolute Hepa filte. In these high efficiency (99.97% - 99.997%) filters, area of filtration media is large which ensure low pressure drop at high sirflow. In Hepa categories, we also provides, Hooded filters / Gel filled filters and super hepa filters.

Filters Housing

We also provides terminal filter housing which are available in two basic design, one is with bottom loading filter and other with top loading filters. These housing are with accessories like volume control dampers, grills, diffusers, and dop port. We also provides safe change filter module which is also known as bag in bag out type filter module.
